A skirmish
Once inside the hospital, the doctor quickly realized a beggar was following him. The doctor slipped inside a door, and the beggar followed without hesitation. The door led to a utility closet, and the doctor confronted the man. It led to a skirmish in which he was stabbed with a surgery knife.
