Martin inspected the second person thoroughly. The man wore a dark-colored, expensive-looking suit, not something you typically see in a veterinarian clinic. They were arguing, and Martin felt like the vet didn’t want to be there. He focused on hearing what the man said. “You must be more careful; nobody may know about this.”
