Dany walked off to serve other customers as Charles continued to dine alone. But Dany, while the young waitress placed food on other tables, she hardly ever took her eye off the main attraction. She saw Charles look at his watch multiple times like he was waiting for someone who was already late. The fact that he kept peeking toward the door added to that notion. He seemed fixated in a way.
