But what Ella nor anyone else realized was that the commotion in the cub enclosure had stirred up something else in the exhibit neighboring the large cage. Because next to the cubs’ enclosure were the grown-up lions. That way, they would still be close to each other while they were apart. But nobody paid attention to those animals as the cub kept approaching Ella and the zookeepers in an aggressive manner.
