Extra motivation
Renee understood the struggle of being a woman, a wife and a mother. That’s why Renee did not ignore woman who were in this fase of their lives. No she did quite the opposite. When a woman tries to pursue carrier whilst also juggling family life, it shows me that she is extra motivated to work. They aren’t just working for themself, but have a responsibility for someone.
