At first, everything seemed fine. The firemen were standing by at a distance and watched as their colleague dropped down into the pit. But after about a minute Annie heard a chilling sound. There was a lot of tension on the rope. And that combined with a simple human error was about to cause a major problem. The rope attachment to the truck was starting to come loose.
